OurExchange Policy :A)We will be able to exchange jewellery for same value of the invoice provided the jewellery iS brought back within 7 days from the date of invoice and only if the ornaments are in good condition and without usage. Order made jewellery and any alteration
B) The Items brought from our shop can be exchanged on 100% value on nett gold weightbasis without any deduction (nett weight means total weight of ornaments less stonesenamel/lac/ dust/ dirt & any other extraneous materials). Making charges and wastage fornew ornaments will be charge extra
C)Please ensure that this bill accompanies the jewellery for all future transaction.
Our Repurchase Policy : A) The item sold by us will be repurchased on nett gold weightbasis at a rate of 10% less on the prevalilling purchasing gold rate as on the date ofrepurchase.
B) If u seek a refund in excess of Rs. 20,000/- payment shall be made only by the way of Account Payee Cheque / Crossed Demand Draft which may take atleast One day and the same will be issued only in Customer name.
Cash Memo : If payment is made by Local Cheque or Demand Draft, delivery of the item purchased will be made only after realization or the instument amount Complaints shall not be entertained if it is not accompanied with the Bill of it or the jewellery
has been tampered Guarantee is not applicable to durability, strength, breakage, polish and falling of stones in ornaments, as some are intricateky designed and some are of light weight, Allthese largely depend on careful storage and delicate Handling,we may try to do repairs but not gurantee there ofcanbe given Decoloration of ornaments The decoloning of the ornament may some times occur by
reaction with mercury, rose water, perfumes, flowers, Acid spillage exposure of solder etc. Such ornaments should be immediately brought to the shop for cleaning and repolishing and these ornaments should not be inferior in quality.
Caution : The customer shall verity and make himself assured of the weight andworkmanship of the ornaments prior to taking delivery. Once the ornament is delivered,Management will not accept any responsibility on these counts Please not that no buy back guarantee is give for CZ, Ruby’s, Emeralds, Uncut diamonds & Multi color stone birth stones etc.
